Payment Methods

Payments are made via PayPal and are secure.

If you don't have PayPal and want to pay by card (Visa, MasterCard etc.), you can do through PayPal as a guest, without registering, if this option is available in your country. How to Pay by Card

American Express and Discovery cards are accepted directly.

If none of the above options suits you, you can pay for your order by SWIFT transfer, please email us at info@dcdreads.com and we will send you instructions.

Installments

PayPal Pay in 4 option is available in the following countries for payment in 4 installments - Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and United States
Also we can split your invoice into two parts and you pay half to queue and the second half before the set is shipped.

Delivery

All of our items are handmade and made to order, so when you place an order on our website, please keep in mind that the processing time (the time it takes to manufacture your order) is usually 10 - 20 business days (weekends are not included). 

Сurrent order processing time is 10-20 business days (weekends excluded)

The exceptions are items from READY TO SHIP category - they are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time will depend on the destination country and the postal service. Approximate delivery times.

Two delivery options are available:

• Standard Free Shipping - Postal service, Not tracked after leaving Serbia 
• Express (paid) - transit time 5-7 days 

Standard shipping is free to almost all countries.

The exceptions are Australia and New Zealand - shipping is $5

The cost of an Express shipment is calculated based on the direction and weight of the parcel. Displayed at checkout.

Tracking notification

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you don't see a notification, please check your Spam folder or email us at info@dcdreads.com and we will give you a tracking number.

If you have not received your order within the time frame set by your shipping rate after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@dcdreads.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

All information about Custom Order

Production time is usually 2-4 weeks from the date of payment or first payment unless otherwise stated on the Payment and Delivery page. Delivery time to USA 15-18 days, Europe and UK 10-20 days by regular mail. Paid Express shipping 5-7 days.

Hi. My name is Ekaterina or simply Katie, the founder of DeadCatDreads. I was born and grew up in Russia, but fate took me to Serbia and now I live here and make my dreadlocks. Many of my customers know me from my store on Etsy. It was a wonderful time, a wonderful experience, but Etsy unfortunately is no longer available to me. First for geopolitical reasons (you probably know that Russia is a terrorist state), and now for geographic reasons as well. It's sad, but I've enjoyed getting nice reviews of my work so much that I don't want to stop ;) And as a result, you are now on my website, where I and my growing team offer my old and new dreadlock sets of great quality and responsive service.

 DeadCatDreads is now me and my two novice but very diligent helpers. 

If you ask what dreadlocks are to us, it's not only a spectacular hairstyle that doesn't require daily styling, but also a groovy way of self-presentation, self-expression and self-identity. Through DeadCatDreads we try to bring this way to other seekers.

We use the highest quality and safest material tested by us, have a variety of braiding techniques in our arsenal and try to provide the best service possible. We put all our skill and experience into what will then become your story about you.
