Payment Methods

Payments are made via PayPal and are secure.

If you don't have PayPal and want to pay by card (Visa, MasterCard etc.), you can do through PayPal as a guest, without registering, if this option is available in your country. How to Pay by Card

American Express and Discovery cards are accepted directly.

If none of the above options suits you, you can pay for your order by SWIFT transfer, please email us at and we will send you instructions.


PayPal Pay in 4 option is available in the following countries for payment in 4 installments - Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and United States
Also we can split your invoice into two parts and you pay half to queue and the second half before the set is shipped.

All of our items are handmade and made to order, so when you place an order on our website, please keep in mind that the processing time (the time it takes to manufacture your order) is usually 10 - 20 business days (weekends are not included). 

Сurrent order processing time is 10-20 business days (weekends excluded)

The exceptions are items from READY TO SHIP category - they are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time will depend on the destination country and the postal service. Approximate delivery times.

Two delivery options are available:

  • Standard Free Shipping - Postal service, Not tracked after leaving Serbia 
  • Express (paid) - transit time 5-7 days 

Standard shipping is free to almost all countries.

The exceptions are Australia and New Zealand - shipping is $5

The cost of an Express shipment is calculated based on the direction and weight of the parcel. Displayed at checkout.

Tracking notification

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you don't see a notification, please check your Spam folder or email us at and we will give you a tracking number.

If you have not received your order within the time frame set by your shipping rate after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
